Refund and Cancellation policy

With us, it is okay to have a 30 thought!
You can return your purchases within 30 days of the day of purchase, however if 30 days have gone, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and without any sort of damage. It must also be in the original packaging with labels and hangtags. Please note that you will have to cover the cost of courier.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will not deduct any fees form our side, however your bank or credit card might have some fees that you may check with them.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, however we will do our best to make sure this doesn't happen and that Gazelle is offering you the best quality. In case you found a defect in one of our products, please take a picture of it and mail us at email@example.com and we will get back to you.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will collect for delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
